As part of Angela's Pulse's residency with Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of the Arts, Department of Dance + Choreography, Paloma McGregor and collaborators Christine King, Kayla Hamilton, and Nina Angela Mercer have been developing a new, community-specific iteration of Building a Better Fishtrap / A'we deh ya (All of Us Are Here).

Throughout this process, they have been listening, learning, and creating alongside Richmond Cultural Bearers, Community Leaders, and VCU students. They are culminating this developmental period in an evening of performance sharing and dialogue with VCU and Richmond community members.
